Information Auspi.com Gathers and Tracks We ask you about your profile, health history, and medical conditions so that we can formulate your supplements. E-mail and postal addresses, telephone numbers and other personal data like your credit card are only known to Auspi.com when voluntarily submitted or posted to us for supplement orders on our website. We will never store any individual's personal information in our database without their express desire or directed actions within our web site.

Auspi.com is the sole owner of the information collected on www.codenutrition.com. Auspi.com collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Orders If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

RETURN POLICY

In order to better serve our customers, an Exchange/Refund policy has been established. Customers can return their purchase with a valid sales invoice within 30 days from the date or purchase.

Exchanges: If the customer returns non-opened product, an exchange or refund will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales invoice), except for shipping and handling fees.

Exchanges will be offered on AUSPI.COM products within 30 days from the purchase date with or without a sales receipt. No exchanges or refunds will be given on opened items.

Note: The exchanged product is to be the same retail price as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due.

Refunds: All refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the return item(s) with a valid sales invoice.

SHIPPING POLICY

International Orders - - Auspi.com ships products worldwide. Because of the complexities of all the different shipping methods it is impossible to have standard international shipping costs. Each order is viewed individually and the best method is chosen for each case. The actual shipping cost will be calculated by the weight, dimensions, value, and destination of your parcel. *Once we have shipped international packages, we have no control over the package. We have no way of contacting the carrier to make any changes once the parcel has left the US. If you requested shipping insurance, tracking information will be available, and provided upon request. We have no control over customs. We are not responsible for any customs charges, delays, or confiscated packages. It is the importers responsibility to be aware of your country’s customs regulations, Import/Export restrictions, and prohibited products. All prohibited/confiscated packages will not be refunded, and will only be re-shipped at the customer’s request/expense, once the package has been returned to us.

AlAll expedited parcels are subject to changes in shipping cost based on the actual weight and value of the package.

USPS First Class Mail and UPS Ground packages have an average delivery time of 2-7 business days from the date the order is shipped. For a more accurate UPS estimate see www.ups.com. We pride ourselves in being one of the fastest in the industry. All merchandise is carefully packaged by our staff before leaving our warehouse.

Most UPS orders received before 3 pm PST ship the same day.

When will my product be shipped? - Orders containing stocked products are processed and shipped the same day. We do not display on-hand availability of our products on our website, we will try everything in our power to get backordered products shipped ASAP.
