Shipping and Return Policy

Return Policy
Your shopping experience at Auspi.com is guaranteed to be a pleasant experience. Notify our Customer Service within 3 days of receipt of your order for any claims or adjustments. Returns are accepted with authorization only. Items that are to be returned must be in its original shape, free of any defects, including but not limited to stained, scratched or torn parts. Please note that you must first email us for a return authorization number.

Although we check all our merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product as well as to make sure it is free of any defects. All defects must be reported to us via E-mail within three days from the date you receive the shipment. We will not accept any claims for damages or defects after the three day period is over.

Payment
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We can also accept company checks or money order, however the goods will only be shipped once the check has cleared or the money orders have been received.
